Story

We are a partner based martial arts school, specialising in Kickboxing and Taekwondo. With over 17 years of experience between the two of us, our passion is to teach self defence to others and make them feel empowered and safe in their lives. 

Working in the industry for 5 years combined, we decided it was time to open our own business, really driving and focusing on what we believe to be important in the martial arts world. We have a wide range of experience working with individuals with different needs and abilities.

We are very excited to bring our knowledge and skills to those who not only want to learn it but need to learn it, helping with confidence, self belief and so much more.
